We believe that honesty is the best policy for today’s online shopping market. In that spirit, we designed the most generous, fair and transparent policies for our customers. Learn more below, and reach out with questions.

Profumo Di Casa is in no way affiliated with the brands mentioned, nor do we in anyway imply that we are. Our products are inspired by top brands, not a replication nor a counterfeit, and we want to make it clear that we do not wish to deceive nor imply that we are selling you brands supplied by the above mentioned companies.

Clearpay Payments (#)

Clearpay lends you a fixed amount of credit to allow you to pay for your purchase over 4 instalments, due every two weeks. To be eligible for credit from Clearpay, you must be a permanent UK resident (excl Channel Islands), aged 18+. Further eligibility criteria and T&Cs apply. Clearpay Finance Ltd.

 

Make sure you can make your repayments on time by each due date to avoid late fees. Not paying on time will lead to a late fee of £6, and, if your order is more than £24, a further late fee of £6 if it is still overdue after 7 days. If you fail to pay on time, your Clearpay debt may be passed to a debt collection agency and this may affect your ability to use Clearpay in future.

Please note that Clearpay is not available when purchasing our Subscriptions.

Shipping Policy

All items will be shipped within 3-5 working days, via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.

Returns & Refunds

Our Returns Policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange outside this period. This does not apply to faulty items. 

 

We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. This includes items listed under Custom Printed Products. Should you need to exchange an item for the same item due to a fault, please send us an email about this first. We can only accept items being returned to us where we have agreed to this previously in writing.

eGift Cards

eGift Cards will be emailed to your gift recipient, and copied to you. You can choose to make yourself the gift recipient if you wish to print out a copy of the eGift Card and pass it to someone else in person as a surprise. eGift Cards can then be redeemed against a future purchase by you or your gift recipient as part or full payment of an online order. Please note that eGift Cards cannot be used to pay for orders placed with our Representatives.

Each eGift Card code is unique, so it is the owner's responsibility not to disclose this code to others. eGift Cards can be partially redeemed & the remaining balance redeemed against a future order, The owner should therefore keep a note of this, since any amount in excess of this will require to be paid by one of the other payment methods available at checkout.

eGift Cards for use in our shop are valid for 12 months from date of purchase. eGift Cards cannot be extended beyond their expiry date.

eGift Cards cannot be refunded. However, we know mistakes happen. If you realise you have made a mistake with a gift recipient's email address please email us and we'll try fix this for you.

If you take out a subscription then payment will be taken via your payment method each time this is due (weekly, monthly or annually as appropriate). Thereafter your item will be despatched or made available for collection from our workshop. Should you wish to cancel your subscription at any time then you will be required to give us 10 days prior notice of this by email.
